Thanks guys, the bags are smaller than they look. 9.5" diameter and sit about 8.5" tall at ride height. They're rated at 5,900lbs each so they're a pretty good match for these trucks. I can see needing some high end shocks though, you can bounce this thing like a basketball with a finger on each framerail. Hope to get a bed soon to get things dialed in, I have two wheel and tire combos and the original leafs for a little ballast right now.

K3500HD from when it wasn't just a sales gimmick!

I was wondering if you could post up the part numbers for the airbag setup and if you think you will lose/gain/same weight vs factory leaf setup?

Also, how do you adjust alignment if need be? Is it via ubolt brackets or do the other side trailing arms adjust like a tie-rod?

The bags are Firestone 9422's. As far as weight, I think I'll drop a few pounds but not much, its all 1/4" with some 1/2" thrown in lol. I didn't build in any adjustment, I preset 4 of pinion angle, and I'll set the engine from that. It would be easy to make a top arm that adjust if need be, but with equal length arms there's no change in pinion angle as the suspension cycles as it sits now.

Any progress is progress.  In many cases just moving crap out of the way so you can see it - is progress!

I've sent more than a few people over to your posts so they can see what's involved in making an HD into a pickup, especially the cut-down dually fenders.

Ha, I'm starting to think I should stay home...

After buying an 03 GMC with an 8.1 and Allison combo, I've grown to like the 1000. And I already have the sae #3 bell housing adapter setup, which makes this a bolt on for the most part behind the 6bt. Still on the fence about what stand alone system to go with. Most are programmable with efi live, so it may only be a matter of finding someone qualified and trustworthy local to me for tuning.
