I've got the part #'s around here somewhere and will look for them, but the most obvious identifier is the small bolt pattern.  All other 10 lug patterns are on a much larger bolt circle.  If it's got the comparatively small 7.25" bolt circle, they're correct for an HD.

EDIT - found the info with a little searching here;

Alcoa round hole pattern ("classic") 19.5 wheel part # - 761001 (front) and 761002 (rear)
Alcoa star pattern ("Marshall Badge") 19.5 wheel part # - 761011 (front) and 761012 (rear) - hen's teeth

The difference in "1" and "2" last digit being which side was originally polished at the factory to be designated a front or rear wheel.  I've found it doesn't mean anything significant once they get old as they'll usually be dull or corroded enough to need a full polishing before use anyway, so just concentrate your sanding & polishing efforts on which side you'll have showing.  The wheel is 100% the same other than part # and which side was originally fully polished when new.

Member jd8420 had made mention of a possible classic style # 761003 but was unsure of it; guessing it may have been polished both sides from factory.

Lug nuts with integral washer for 5/8" studs # 39946 - necessary for proper original center cap retention
Lug nut decorative caps # 019001 (not necessary for center cap retention, just dress-up) note these are now chromed ABS plastic

Front center cap # 011911 - looks like SW Wheel no longer carries them :(
Rear center cap # 011912 - same, also no longer carried by SW
