Not a bad conversion.  Looks like he gapped the bed rearwards just a tiny bit more than a stock pickup (maybe ate up 2" of the extra 4" that way) and the rear axle still looks uncentered towards the rear, eating up another inch or two.

Just needs some spacers to get those rear wheels out a little, or chop 'em up Raymo style. :D

Oh, and some body lift brackets for that rear bumper...

I just cut the four inches out of my frame and put it back together. If I ever finish the truck I'll post pictures.
