I'd like to grab as many manual transmission trucks that I could..especially since they don't sell them anymore.

Ha ya, I have a 93 with a tbi 454, 96 with a vortec, so I really feel the need to get an 8.1, have to get the hat trick.  My 96 is a stick btw. Took me forever to find a nice one with a stick.

Here's the one I just finished. 94 2500 cab on 1995 3500HD chassis, TPI/NV4500 (Toy) Made the bed with pressure treated deck, last one was a steel deck. Has single cylinder dump.

Me too..as you know the TPI setup doesn't have a great top end speed but great low end torque.  The truck is a collection of parts gathered over the years from parting out trucks. My only real cost was the steel and wood for the bed. Was given the pump but had to buy the hydraulic cylinder.

It's not on the road yet - installing a new steel deck on the attached tilt bed trailer. Just made two motorcycle chocks that will fold down flush with the new steel deck. Once the deck is done I'll install the motorcycle tie down points. Will give me more use out of the trailer, vehicles, motorcycles, ATV's and etc.
