2000 3500 HD cab

My 2000 35 HD cab is rusted out bad I have a great 86 Chevy k30 cab does any know if I could fit it to the 3500 HD frame

You can make anything fit with enough time, effort, and money.  I think you'd be way ahead just getting another cab of the correct generation to put on there.  For you that would be a 1995-up, up to 2002 if you find another HD.  Around 2000 in the regular lighter duty trucks up to one ton.  If TN is picky about DOT cops pulling you over to see if you're overloaded, getting a cab from a lighter-than-3500HD truck could be a problem because the VIN will erroneously indicate your truck's capacity.

You can also make the 88-94 cab work but it's a little more effort than 95-up due to steering column support and a few other items.  Totally do-able, though.
