:( sorry I haven't responded yet but I wanted to see if people that are still driving HD's answered first.  I *wish* I was still in a nice 3500HD but that's not my current situation; driving a F-word F550SD that is beating the crap out of me every single night.

In the unlikely event I was driving an HD unloaded/loaded light, I'd probably run about 75-80psi.  Any less and I'd worry about the tires getting unnecessarily hot, or contributing to bad handling from sway.  Considering that in my line of work the HD would stay "loaded" frequently, I'd just keep 85-90 in them full-time.  That's also max inflation for the dolly tires used in wrecker work, so it makes it easy to remember to keep them all at the same pressure. :)

Richard...good hearing from you...the tire situation is no biggie, recently put my latest SWB 3500HD project on the road and wanted to soften it up a bit.  Gas is about $2.99 a gallon up here so I don't drive it a whole bunch anyway.
