« on: January 25, 2012, 05:08:48 PM »
Hi all

Does anyone make extended front fender flares for our HD's ? that actually fit in with the taller grille filler piece.

We were kicking that subject around a while back, as you may have seen it seems like around 1996 or so they used flares that were special made for HD's that go all the way down to the bottom of the extended filler, with no extra piece added.  Of course the 1991-1995 flares are the same as lighter truck 4x4 flares and used a small extension piece at the bottom to make up the gap.

If you cruise eBay/truckpaper/etc. for HD's and look at the pics you'll see what I mean.  Pretty sure the dividing line in years was 1996 but it could be 1997.  My 1995 has the two piece setup and I'm fairly sure it's all original.
