None from the factory were 4x4 but several companies did conversions.  Quigley, Monroe, Tulsa, and I think there may have been one other.  Each company had their own favorite setup as different axles, hubs, wheels were used.

I have a 1998 3500HD 15,000GVW 4X4 for sale.  Reg cab, 4L80e auto trans, 6.5 trubo diesel, dana 80 rear, dana 70 front with 5.13 gears.  10 lug hubs and wheels front and back.  All new brakes, rotors, and calipers.  New front king pins.  The 4X4 conversion was done by Monroe Truck.  It also has a dump bed and western plow.  The dump bed and plow are both run off of an engine belt driven hydraulic pump.  It also has hydraulics and controls for a slat spreader but the spreader has been removed and sold.  Anyone interested??? Chicago area.
