What doors fit?
« on: November 26, 2012, 09:21:01 PM »

Hello,

I am new here and just bought a 1999 3500HD. I was wondering if the doors on these are the same as the 6500 and 7500 topkicks. I know that the doors from the lighter trucks fit, but the handles are different.

I have to go through the truck this winter, and hope to have it work ready by spring.

Thanks

The door shell itself is the same but the "door module" (the inner skin with the window regulator, etc. attached to it) will be different as many of the heavier trucks retained the old style interior.  Not a biggie; you can swap your door module over and just use the shell.
