I want it ;D. I have seen about 5 extended cab's on the net but not in person as far as I know there custom. I'm planning on building  one myself soon; with a three door cab ;D

The VIN decodes to an HD (4th digit K = 14,001-16,000 GVWR) and a 2 door regular cab (7th digit 4=reg cab) so either they transplanted the VIN tag to an extended cab, or they extended a regular cab body.

Very clean looking truck.  Cool combo of 454 and NV4500, and full power interior too.  Same way my gray '95 was equipped except it had the rubber floor mat instead of carpet, and cloth bench instead of buckets.  The carpet and seats probably came in with the extended cab conversion, though.

There was a guy here in Houston that built all his repo wreckers as 3500HD extended cab conversions.  I think LTLVT has one of his old trucks, or one like it I guess since his has a conventional unit on it instead of a repo bed.
